Review content:
I love kickboxing which is one of the only reasons I come here. The kickboxing set up downstairs is really cool with a ring and many punching bags hanging from the ceiling. The instructors are good and the classes are very difficult. The gym upstairs is poor though. With only a few treadmills and those sorts of things and little room to lift weights. Pretty expensive also.
