I saw a friend at a school event that was sharing an absolutely hoffific experience with Noon and warning others not to use them. I realized that I had had a pretty negative experience with this company and should do more to warn others as well. My house, and several others on our cul-de-sac street utilized Noon for both snow plowing and lawn services. The biggest complaints I had were sloppy work, a confusing, unpredictable schedule, annoying calls to sell us more services, etc. One time, they came and pruned our trees. We never asked for this to happen but we were billed for it. The straw the broke the camel's back was when I came home one day and found the Noon workers taking a nap on our lawn. It wasn't until we gathered other quotes when we decided to no longer go with them that we realized that Noon prices were 10 - 30% higher than others. We are slo glad we stopped business with Noon and have been thrilled with their replacement.
