Review content:
This place is simply great! I love the food here! They have fried chicken, fried catfish, fresh yams, the BEST sweet pickles. This is a family owned restaurant. They are closed for the summer from may-sep but I recommend Christmas time, the decor is great. They have an upstairs eating area or you can sit by the fireplace. It is similar to cracker barrel but the food is WAY BETTER! A lot of the canned items they speacilize in are sold to go in their little store. It is a little bit of a drive from Brandon, but well worth it! I highly recommend this restaurant! Their homemade biscuits and deserts really hit the spot!
