I had a horrible problem - my upstairs neighbor's toilet waste was coming up my bathroom sink every time she flushed! I called a 24 hour plumber that night and they came and snaked the drain... it seemed better - but the next night the same thing.... they came back and said there was nothing they could do! Well, Sal and his partner came in and stopped at nothing to fix the problem. He even removed the sink to get closer to the issue. After some time, he discovered the problem... there was a rag stopping up the line. He is dedicated to solving problems, not just putting a bandaid on things. Also, he is creative in finding inexpensive ways to fix problems - ie a job that another plumber had quoted me $800 for, he fixed for about $60.
