I had tried yoga a few times before but had never enjoyed it because no matter what type I tried or studio I went to, it ended up aggrevating my sculiousis. Dama yoga provided me with specialized instruction that made me feel like I had had a workout and also benefitted my back. Having one on one instruction also ensured that I did all of the poses correctly. All in all, yoga with Dama Yoga has changed my mind about this type of exercise and I am now reaping the rewards! I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in yoga, from the beginner level to the advanced.
