I have extremely touchy skin; used to be I couldn't do a thing for it, everything set it off and no it wasn't 'just a phase'. I'm also an athletic coach, which just makes things worse. I finally started trying a couple facialists in the area, just because I figured, if dermatologists can't do a thing for me, why not go to the people who make a real living off of making people beautiful?
Sound theory, poor results--until I ran across Erma.
Erma is amazing. One week after my first visit, my skin looked better than it had in my entire life. Now I go see her about once a month, and my skin looks GREAT. Smooth, soft, clear--and even younger, now that I asked her if she could do anything about the dark circles under my eyes. (Seriously, sometimes I'm so sleep deprived between work and grad school that I look like a panda.) Very first acquaintance I happened across afterwards told me I looked years younger, and for once well-rested. (Hahaha, I am never well-rested! Except after walking out of an appointment with Erma.)
Erma does deep pore cleansing and soothing skin masks with me; and now, eye contour facials. (I'm also deeply in love with her hand massages!) I'm told she does lovely waxes as well; I've never gone in for it, but she's so very competent in skin care in general I'm certain she's wonderful for that as well.
Pros: absolutely beautiful skin
Cons: none! really, none!
