Review content:
My husband made an appointment to get his ankle looked at after a basketball accident. They got him in scheduled pretty quickly but that was the only plus to this experience. He drove to the location indicated only to find out that they had moved, no one mentioned this to him on the phone. Once he finally arrived he waited 30 minutes to be seen by a doctor. Once in he was given a quick overview and told "it's probably a sprain but let's take some x-rays." He proceeded to wait another 30 minutes, but apparently he was forgotten. He got up and left without a diagnosis or treatment plan and no one tried to rectify the situation.
He has an appointment with another practice, hopefully this one will go a little better.
