Susie Saver is a grocery store located on Broadway in Bangor, Maine. You can get can goods, dry goods like cereals, rice, coffee and also produce, milk, cream and eggs. Most of their products are name brands like Rice A Roni, Chef Boyardee, Del Monte all at discounted prices. The items are not expired or dented merchandise.
Susie Saver even carries DVD's, video tapes, T-shirts and some other odds and end items. During the fall you can get a bargain on pumpkins.
They don't take coupons, but they feel they don't need to that their items are already lower than the major grocery stores who have to take coupons to draw people in. However, their stock is limited.
The staff at Susie Saver is very friendly and helpful.
