Review content:
The owner of the company and a trainee came to our house for our appointment. The owner answered all of the questions that my wife and I had about the problem we were having with carpenter ants. That is important because my wife likes to understand what is happening to our house and asked a lot of detailed questions about the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Mr. Larsen noticed that I have recently become disabled and am not able to do any of the normal outside maintenance that I do each spring. He had his trainee open and inspect my house vents, fix one and trim some new growth away from the house at no charge. No more ants!
