I was going to Cosmetique for over a year and a half. The facials are wonderful and worth every penny. That is the only reason I am giving them a star. I signed up for Laser Hair removal for one specific area on the face. 8 sessions later, my hair has only been reduced by 30%.
I am mostly upset at the fact that I had brought up progress concerns on my 5th visit and was told they would increase the setting for all future sessions. I have now consulted with several other laser hair facilities and have been informed that such minimal results even on the most difficult hair is unheard of. The staff there is so friendly, it was hard for me to think I had been cheated. But, when I thought about it and the fact I brought in a coupon for a huge package discount on the first 4 sessions, it seems like they may have wanted to keep me around a little bit longer make make back the difference. All in all, I spent a total of $500 there on hair removal alone and have almost nothing to show for it.
