Review content:
Our dealings with Coldwell Banker have been as the renters in a house that is being sold. Our landlord listed this house with Coldwell Banker and specifically "Sue". "Sue" called our house to see when she could come out to take pictures and put a lockbox on the door to which my husband told her that there would be no lockbox on the door because we LIVE in the house at present and to also please call back the next day around the same time to talk to me as I'm the one who is home during the day.
Instead the next day while we were out "Sue" posted a sign in the yard and then took it upon herself to post our PRIVATE phone number and my husband's PRIVATE cell number on the internet for people to call as a contact. Neither us nor our landlord had given her permission to do this. We were a point of contact for HER only. The next day people started calling us at home asking if they could bring their clients by, knocking on the door expecting to show the house, and so on which was very upsetting.
Needless to say, "Sue" was fired by the owners of the home after being chewed out by my husband. If she is any example of how they conduct business there then they are pushy, irresponsible, rude, ignorant, and will post your private numbers all over the place without asking you for permission.
