Review content:
I went to this shop to get a soak off and a fresh set. The lady who did my nails did not soak them like I had ask but just proceed to roughly take the acrylic nail off with another nail (unprofessional) by sliding it between my nail and the acrylic. In the process ripping my real nail off until it was bleeding. You know once a finger is injured how difficult it is to work or do day to day tasks. I am in the process of trying to get compensated after going to the doctor to find out that it is infected and will take months to heal back to normal. The manager and I have talked on several occasions to try to resolve my issue. I think I am going to have to take it to the next level. I get the feel that they dont even care what happened to my nail and finger. They are more concerned about me breaking their shop for money. If anyone does go to this shop make should that technician understand you clearly or you make end up in a situation like mine.
