Unfortunately this business is completely mismanaged. I know more about this company than most... the manager is directed by an owner, who hides behind the way the business is structured and pushes the people working there to walk a fine line of dishonesty. The people hired are not competant to repair vehicles, only instructed to perform "services" in which they are way over their head. The #1 goal at National is to take money, that's ALL. Do yourself a favor and ask your personal mechanic where he would recommend having a transmission worked on. National will never be recommended, even from the surrounding shops.
