Review content:
I read a lot of reviews and usually find that there is always at least one person that has nothing good to say. I do not personally know this persons experience or reasons but I would wager they got great care from this office more than this review would reflect.
My experience has been nothing but positive for the many years I have been seeing Dr. Storms and his staff. I never stop being impressed by his high level of customer service. The staff is caring and made me feel that they would stop at nothing to get me the answers I needed. I felt like I had formed lasting relationships after leaving their office. I have a lot of debilitating allergies. They helped educate me and put plans into place to help me take care of myself when things get bad.
I was referred here by my family doctor and she had nothing but good things to say. I have referred all of my friends and family with excellent results for all TWENTY of them! If you have allergies and or asthma these people are the best, I tried two other allergy offices and none of them could compare to the excellent care I received with the staff of the William Storms Allergy Clinic.
