Review content:
How refreshing to deal with a company that does not pressure you for an application fee or to sign an application that's not fully explained. As being an older gentlemen I often feel as if the other mortgage compaies have tried to take advantage of my age and situation. Not once was I pressuered and everything was explained to the point where I felt totally comfortable with my loan officer and the company as a whole. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a mortgage company.
Pros: No application fee, low closing costs and great service
Cons: No negatives that I experienced
