Review content:
I started going to Edie a few months before my 20th High School reunion in New York. I was planning on having her 'fix' my hair just for the reunion and then go back to dying it myself and getting a haircut once every 6 months, Edie impressed me right from the start because she actually asked my some very good questions (lifestyle, what I liked and disliked about past hairstyles, whether I thought my style was conservative, daring or somewhere in between). She then made some suggestions and I told her to do whatever she thought would look best (I'm a control freak so that was a huge vote of confidence right there). She did not steer me wrong - I love her style and personality. I've been going to her for the past 18 months now and couldn't be happier. At least once or twice a month a perfect stranger stops me to ask for the name and number of my colorist. Bottom line - if you want a stylist who will listen to you and make you look and feel beautiful then Edie is your girl. Pros: Truly listens to her clients Cons: None that I've found so far
