I think Doctor Taft is one of the best dentists Ive ever been to and it's a shame that he has such an inadequate receptionist.I actually switched dentists because of her.She was constantly messing up my billing,not booking appointments(So Id' show up and have NO appointment) and she was just rude.She told me one time that they were so booked up that I'd be better off trying to get in elsewhere.The last straw for me was when I called about a toothache only to be LECTURED by this receptionist about how Dr.Taft doesnt like it when people only come to him with problems.I don't know if she is a family member or what but she is definatly NOT good for business.
