I have mixed reviews on this optical shop.It's been my experience that it all depends on who is working when you visit.i've had people wait on me who had no clue what they were doing and also people(usually managers) who are very quick and efficient.On my last trip to get glasses it took the lady who was working and hour and a half to finish with me! I must have been feeling patient that day! Their sales are good.we usually get our glasses cheaper using their sales than if we use our insurance.Right now the manager there is awesome.She's very nice and knows what she is doing.I guess I'll just have to start calling each time befiore I go to make sure that she is working.
