Review content:
I thought going to this Salon would be a great experience, but when I called to make an appointment they never answered the phone! It kept going to an answering machine saying "We are currently assisting other clients" Am I not important enough to make an appointment? I left a message and they never called me back. I also called there another 3 times. That was it, so I never even got a chance to go there. That, in my opinion, is BAD customer service. If they are that great they should have one person sitting at the phone making appointments all day. I guarantee that any GOOD review on here is probably someone on staff trying to make this place seem like "the place to go to." That is probably why they did not answer the phone.
Pros: I cannot suggest any
Cons: Answering the phone seems to be difficult...
