this flower shop is one of the best in san rafael. they have a wide selectrion of type of flowers and are very reasonably priced. the florists are very easy to work with and are very helpful to arrange exactly what you want for you. their flowers are always amazing, and that's what matters most, the low prices don't exactly hurt either. for valentines and any special occassion, rafael florists is one of the best.
