Review content:
I went to the center in a class trip and couldn't believe they had so many artifacts and information. It is based and a lot about local Marion during the Civil war. They take you through step by step throughout all the years of war and make you feel like you are living there. They put emotion into the story telling and make you nervous, excited, and intense during it all. They have many pieces of real, authentic artifacts from the war and back hundreds of years. They also have the story behind every single piece. They were telling us about an artifact and I felt the person's pain and started to cry because they make it so you understand what the people went through and make you rethink life. I am so astounded by this center.
