This year I chose Bell to rent my tuxedo from, as I was assured by them that I would receive the best price. I did, and was very happy with what I picked out.
Receiving the tuxedo was a very fast and efficient process.
After trying on the tuxedo, I noticed that the jacket was very long. I called them up, and within two hours they had a jacket that fit much better. This was on the day of the event, which really impressed me how they came through so quickly.
Although companies may make mistakes, it's how they rectify them that really shows their customer service and enthusiasm.
