Good: It was close. They have good hours.. Bad: At every appt. they are getting on you to do things that the insurance won't pay for and you really don't need now. Also, they are "so busy" as they say and the billing is not being done correctly so they bill the patient and have them do al the leg work.. Improvements: Employees who aren't "so busy" and more efficient at their jobs who don't waste their time and money and ours. Staff who doesn't constantly get on their patients time after time about things they know they don't want done. Take notes...dont' keep trying to pressure your patient!. Other: Will not go back and do not recommend unless you have lots of money to spend on your mouth to look and feel great and as long as you want to take care of your own billing matters..
