Dear Mr. Goodman,
My husband Rich and I wanted to send you a note expressing our happiness at every aspect of our "Window Wizards" experience.
Our salesperson was Andy Glaberson and we were immediately made very comfortable by his sales pitch. Andy came in, was polite and
well informed about his product and respected our need to talk with each other and ask many questions. He had answers for them all. He
did not force your product with a "hurry-up and make a decision or else" attitude. In fact, he got his manager on the phone, spoke to him about our
specific circumstances and worked with us over a number of weeks to finalize the order.
Next, Jack called us, came out to measure and our order went in. We had our install this past Monday, May 17th. Jack and associate arrived on time,
and got right to work. Our entire install of 14 windows were completed within one day. My husband Rich was home all day with the install team and
was very impressed with the speed, accuracy, efficiency and clean-up measures employed by Jack with our window install. I arrived home and was
greeted with Jack going over the window procedures with Rich. I especially appreciate that you will be recycling our old windows. Jack also was sensitive
to my request to pay extra attention to all of the plants I have around the house.
Overall, we cannot express strongly enough how pleased and appreciative we are with the entire process, start to finish. The entire experience, from the person who set-up the initial consultation & reminder call to Andy with his knowledge of the product to Jack with his expert experience, was very easy and professionally handled and we will continue to recommend your company to any and all who are thinking of replacement windows.
