Review content:
This Barnes and Noble actually okay at first. The books were great, but the service stunk! That is, however, I finally met a new kid that works over there now. Robert is his name and he gives top notch customer service. I have lately noticed alot of customers stopping him and asking him for help ( which I am not surprised). I am fairly old and I truly have not seen service this great since the 1950s and 1960s. This kid, Robert, puts the whole Barnes and Noble staff to competition, he literally makes them seem like they are newcomers. You know I asked him, why do you serve the way you do? He said," he wanted to represent that young youths can also work as hard if not better than most 20 year olds and adults". He is very kind and I know that Barnes and Noble of Palmdale has been blessed with an awesome employee. Never I seen such dedication in a long time. Robert is a breath of fresh air.
