Queens Pediatric Care, LLP and there Doctors / Staff has decided to charge a $5.00 fee for every medical form that is required by NY Schools. Janet the Office Managers states this is Office policy for the last thee (3) years. No exceptions. Never once where we informed of there NEW POLICY. Each patient gets charged $5.00 per page per patient. This is double dipping there patients. This is not right. Sorry to say, I will be looking for a new practice.
