The manager was excellent! The desk staff were always helpful and friendly. My business was down the road at the Hines VA, and it was so convenient to this hotel. I really appreciate how easy it was to make reservations for the hotel shuttle to pick us up every morning and get us there on time. Sometimes the wait
to come back in the evening was a little longer but that is completely understandable due to the numbers of guests they are expected to accommodate. Then when I had an opportunity to go into Chicago, the shuttle from the hotel then brought me to the end of the line for transport on the downtown train and it was very convenient. My compliments to the manager of this hotel who was always helpful, and informative. He made sure we had brochures of interest to us and the rides he provided (driving the shuttle) were always supportive and informative. It felt overall very warm and inviting. There is a distinct chance I might visit Hines again in the next year, and I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!!! - Renner, Lynne
