I would like to share our experience this morning of Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair.
Arriving on-time, Paul's presentation was professional. Clean, warm and professioanl Paul is very comfortable in his profession and takes his work with seriously. Taking his time in completing a thorough inspection the diagnosis was a faulty water pump. Paul took his time in explaning why the water pump failed.
The pump failed due to washing a bath mat through the machine. The mat fell apart and clogged up the pump. In an effort to save us money Paul cleared out the pump out and try to have it work, but to no avail.
Paul's had the part, our machine is working as good as new.
Our experience was exceptional
