They were excellent for me when I had to bring in to them the completely disassembled power head (I mean right down to every single screw and piece) that All Brand Vacuum did to it when I refused their service after getting a grosely inflated price to fix the joint at the top of the power head of $129! Aerus not only replaced the joint, but reassembled to whole power head too....all for $52! Yes, bags/parts are expensive, but that's the nature of the business.
