Businiess name:  Hanna's Wrecker SVC INC
Review by:  Pete J.
Review content:
Hanna's Wrecker Service travels to many different apartement complexes looking for cars that are out of place, such as cars that are stolen, abondoned or improperly parked. They also like to tow cars because they are parked crooked in the parking spot, have the wrong color parking sticker (because the guy is color blind) and because they say the pass is invalid. After paying to get my vehicle released, I was told by the office manager that my parking pass is perfectly legal, so I confronted Dave at Hanna's towing about it. He replied with "I make the rules around here", and then proceeded to tell us that we were out $165. I proceeded to tell him how ignorant that his tow truck guys are, because when you drive through an apartment complex, you see the same vehicles, maybe moved a spot or two over, but they are the same vehicles, don't you think they would recognize the same vehicles, but apparently a monkey can run a tow truck, or wait a monkey would recognize the same vehicles so i'm sorry, a monkey is over-qaulified. Its like driving to work, you recognize the same gas stations after driving that route, if I went through every night I would remember what fits and what is out of the ordinary. I'm sorry but that is not how you do business. In an economy like this, $165 is a lot of money to alot of people, including me, and someday, their own car will be towed, and they won't find it very funny.
