OK, we had a stoppage in kitchen sink and garage sink. We had this problem for 2-3 months. First, we tried chemical "draino" stuff. Did not work. Next, we used this plumber who was hired by our warranty company. He basically snaked it but made the situation worse. We had another plumber come in, which is Perfection. I was not at home but my roommate was, and he told us Joel did a great job and he knew what he was doing!!!!!! He snaked and hydrojetted and now we do not have a stoppage anymore!!!! We are so so sooooo happy!!! Our roommate is very precise and strict on workmanship but he approved Joel!!! It seems Joel could not clear out the stoppage first but he kept trying until he fix the problem and he did. Oh we are so happy to have smoothly working sink!!!!
