I have had breakfast there a few times since it took over MOTHERS, and it was pretty good... but they premix eggs ( likely thin down into a wash ) rather than crack them per order, and do other shortcuts to save time. Place is as filthy as ever, but that is sort of the "charm" of the place. The hill location is way better than the 28th St one, where one employee got abusive when I was there.. it was weird... but that incident was a few years ago, and why I have sort of avoided the place.
