Ladies, Be VERY careful and aware of this place. They have video cameras in the facial and massage areas, very, very shady. The customer service is nonexistent. The bald thug named "Tony" told me I needed to get some action and put something in my mouth when I called to follow up on an injury I received during the start of a manicure. I have cuts and swelling on two fingers and had to demand for a refund. "Gloria" the less than stellar receptionist has the personality of a dead rock, she has no idea how to handle a situation and I had to call Tony, who also told me that the owner would laugh at my complaint of an injury and
he was completely inappropriate and way out of line with sexual comments that are too crude to mention here. I was interrupted or the massage therapist was during my massage twice.
They must get customer complaints often due to the fact that he tried to bully me over the phone saying that the owner was not interested in hearing about an injury and that he would be just as sexually aggressive and that they do not have incident reports. I have been to this place 6 or so times and have to say that they will never get my money again. GROSS.
Cons: They do not have incident reports should you get injured and start bleeding during a service. The Manager is sexist and a bully. Shady customer service. Cash only, parking is limited.
