My name is Ginger. Recently, my husband and I purchased a vehichle from Champion Chevrolet through Carl Brooks. We were recommended to Carl through a friend, after already going to another big dealership and being turned down. We were very picky about the vehicle we wanted. However, with the economic downturn, the ball was not in our court due to credit and finances. After meeting Carl, he dilligently worked at meeting our demands. Not only did he get us approved but he also located a vehicle that met what we requested.
After thinking the deal over, I was not completely satisfied with the type of vehicle. I left feeling awful for sending Carl through all of the hard work and not actually making the purchase. Carl remained in good spirits with adding no pressure. He stayed in contact with us and returned all calls.
Carl got back with my husband and I regarding a vehicle on your lot that we fell in love with. We were looking for space, comfortability and a great price! This package had it all.
It has been about a month since we've had this vehicle and it is exactly what we needed.
I really wanted to commend Carl on an outstanding job, patience and courtesy. As a teacher of Customer Service, he made a perfect 10! I was mostly impressed with his follow-up and honesty to his word.
We are happy that we were referred to him and will refer others to your dealership because of our experience.
