When we first walked into Werth Manor we were impressed by the amenities we were told were offered even though they differed from the web site. We were told EVERYTHING was included in the package from cake to photographer to DJ etc. When we asked the owner about the service fee she looked at us and said, “included” with a smile. So we were so excited after visiting other venues with hidden charges we went to put a deposit down right away. When viewing the contract I noticed a $1126.00 service fee I signed anyway because it was still going to be the best deal, my better half however thought it to be unfair that we were quoted something different when he asked the owner about it she got a little snippy and unprofessional and said "well how do you expect me to pay all my staff, we are the ones that call the bakers and DJ and Photographer for you we do all the work for you" trying not to make the situation uncomfortable we left it alone only to find out that we were the ones that had to do the work.
When we went to the "tasting" We found the Photographer that was offered in out package didn't even have a Website to look at samples and her pictures she brought were dated from like the 80’s and untouched (very amateur) I don't know about you but I thing your wedding photos are supposed to be your lifetime memories, when we brought this to her attention she said "well if you don't like it then you don't like it" we were also supposed to be able to taste the food that we chose and it wasn't even on the buffet that night when we asked her about that she said well we had to do the menu option for the people next to you they are getting married in a couple of weeks...my first thought was then why the heck am I here tonight then. We were also planning on setting up a candy bar with elegant glass jars the I purchased my self it was going to be a very vintage display and when I asked her where she thought the best place would be to set that up or if there would be an extra charge for the table we would need to use she s
