In my line of business, my team and I help our clients (AT&T, Verizon, Microsoft, Google, and others) to improve the quality of customer care. So I live in that world every day, focused on how to help my customers improve their "customer experience". As you can imagine, I innately pay a lot of attention to those matters.
Long story short, I wanted to pass a long my compliments and appreciation to Michael and your team for delighting me as a customer. I had all intentions of taking my car and business to an independent Porsche service center, however because of Michael, you have made a new satisfied repeat customer out of me. I will not hesitate to send referrals to Michael and you.
