As a pet owner, it is YOUR responsibility to look into your future pet's pedigree. Dr. Werber does not work in conjunction with pet stores. Rather, he offers "pro-bono" services to assist new pet owners with the cost of veterinary care. He does not help breed the animals, nor does he profit from offering these services. Dr. Werber LOVES animals more than anything. This explains why he graduated TOP in his class from UC Davis and has been taking care of animals for over 25 years. It is SLANDER to write such emotional comments to ruin this veterinarian's reputation when he works pro-bono with rescues across Los Angeles, donates thousands to animal charities and has dedicated his life to caring for animals. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to ruin this talented vet's reputation because you, as a pet owner, did not do your research and are upset your dog has a genetic illness. Do unto others as you would like them to do to you. If you are upset with Barkworks, then go talk to them and leave unrelated others out of it.
