Good: Workers show up when they say they will. The work is superior. Prices are reasonable. Work is done on time, results are as promised.. Other: I've had Matland Construction do a portico and columns, roof, flower beds, deck removal, paver patio, stone walls, and indoor window, door and slider replacements. He is the best contractor I've ever used. He and his men are also polite and willing to work with the customer during home renovation, which can often be a very stressful time for me. Each time I've had work done, I've come through with flying colors! I'm planning for more work to be done soon by him. I strongly recommend this company..
