I am from WA and was looking for a specific Lexus, after months of looking they had exactly what I wanted (found it on KBB classifieds) and for a decent price (actually the lowest I found) but was even able to negotiate w/me a bit more. Jessica was my salesperson and was AWESOME, easy to work with, always emailed me back ASAP (but their phone system sucks) and she arranged everything from me. I flew in to the DEN airport and they picked me up and took me to the dealership... the test drive went great...paperwork was 30 minutes (I was a cash buyer) they had to put new tires on the car and after researching the tires, they didn't put low grade crap on the car, which was a very nice surprise. It's been two weeks and absolutely no regrets! This was the first time buying a car out of state to save money and after this experience, I will do it again (especially from Longmont and from Jessica.)
I was hesitant to buy from some of the reviews, but I assume people with bad experiences scream louder than ones with good experiences and with a few bad reviews a month, it's not that bad and it's hard to be the perfect dealership.
