Review content:
Bought a 2006 Chevrolet Impala from Ed Bozarth, Lone Tree, a year ago. Car has been a joy in every way, and the only problem was quickly resolved under warranty with no charge or hassle. We had visited 6 lots on our shopping trip, and there was no comparison of experiences. One was so bad we almost had to call police to get our keys back. Others insisted on showing cars that were over the price range we gave them. Most of them were pressure salesmen who really didnt care what we bought, as long as it was from them. Of course individual salesmen/women can vary in a dealership, I assume the sales manager sets the tone and guidelines. The difference was enough that when I go out to buy my next car, its very likely they will be the only lot we visit. This is the first time I have felt the urge to do an evaluation of a car dealership and It happened after friends ask me where I would recommend they go. Sadly, its about 25 miles across town from my home, but worth the drive.?
