Don't expect them to fix anything under warranty. If you drop off your equipment be prepared for a HUGE bill, about 70% of the purchase price. They will try to keep your equipment if you dispute the charges. They won't tell you about the "inspection fee" and don't put the serial numbers on the claim forms, so it's easy to "lose stuff". If you want new equipment, find the best price online and get it delivered. Save your money, any mechanic or handyman can fix a lawn mower quick and cheap.
