Good: Nothing- service man nice but late and inexperienced with equipment. Bad: Didn't call (which was requested and confirmed) before showing up late - Didn't have knowledge of wine cooler's workings. Gave a wrong diagnosis - then when was recalled for error that was right there on read out he didn't know what it meant - was 2 hours late for 2nd appointment -and then said the next day they couldn't get through to Mfg.- yet I called and got through in 2 minutes- 1-800 said they couldn't repair and apologized sounded as if they didn't have time or want to but the effort in.. Improvements: timeliness - honesty- knowledge base to be where they say it is - improved communication. Other: what a waste of a week for me to be home and wait for slow bad service and then spend time with office staff to only receive "sorry we can't help you" so i did it all on the internet- researched problem and then called and ordered the part overnight ..
