I love Wayne's - they do their outmost to provide fast, professional, friendly service and they truly know the value of pleasing their customers. After our first service at Wayne's, they sent us periodic mailers and cards with coupons and appropriate holiday greetings. My last visit to Wayne's for an AC problem was taken care of very quickly, and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about Acuras and Hondas and I trust them with my Legend. Also, the bookeeper/receptionist/office manager was very personable and gave us free mags for my young son to take home. That's not terribly important in the scheme of things, but it certainly helps to emphasize the quality of service we receive there. I highly recommend Wayne's.
