Maui Tacos is a chain of restuarants in the islands that specialize in Hawaiian style Mexican food. Their pineapple salsa is to die for! It is a very packed and relaxed place. You will wait for a table or take it to go. I don't think I have ever had time where a table was ready for me. You order your food at the counter and then take it to a table, like any fast food place. This is a nice place for after a day at the beach. Everything you get is very big, so don't over-order. You can also buy jars of salsa here and other little momentos of your visit. This is a neat thing to take back to the mainland when you visit or if you are vacationing.
