Good: That Lance responded quickly before he got the job.
Price was in the middle of the road. Not the highest nor the cheapest.. Bad: They did not honor the contract. Refuse to fix the problems with the 3 walls they built. They left our yard and our neighbors yard destroyed. They did not get the required permits. They did not concrete the areas they claimed they would. We are still waiting. He offered us a gift card to wherever we wanted if we wrote a good review..... I just want the job done right!. Improvements: Them to honor their contract and fix our walls and yard!. Other: If you go with them, then make sure everything is done before you pay them. They will take the money and run!.
