I want to commend you and thank you for your assistance in our recent truck purchase. Vehicle purchases often are not pleasant experiences, however, you made this one painless.
Thank you for your cooperation in rectifying a mistake in my choice of a “short” or “long” bed. I was concerned that I would end up with a truck that would not serve the intended purpose. You went out of your way to see that the vehicle I ultimately purchased would meet your needs.
I have passed on this experience to others and will continue to recommend you and Ed Bozarth to others. How satisfying it is to have found a dealership with ethics.
