I recently went car shopping with my parents. What an experience. My parents new exactly what they wanted. They wanted a new two door Honda Accord EX, automatic, fully loaded, with black leather interior. My dad had done the research, and had an idea of how much they should pay for the Accord, and roughly how much they should get for his trade. From one dealer to the next, my parents just kept getting jerked around from everything to the price of the new car, to the trade in value of their old car, to one dealer trying to put them in a four door Accord in a completely different color. By the time we got to Curry Honda, my parents were fed up. They grabbed the first available sales person, told him exactly what they wanted, how much they wanted to pay, and how much they wanted to get for their trade. Not only did Curry have the car in stock, but they gave my parents the deal they were searching for on the very first attempt. No haggling or games needed. My parents picked their Honda up the next day.
