Good: My parent received excellent physical and occupational therapy at Brookview. The therapists gave my parent individual attention. She didn't have to sit in the therapy room and wait half the morning for her turn like patients do at other nursing homes around here. All the therapists were very considerate and skilled. They prepared her to return to her own home so she would be as safe and independent as possible. We thought the nurses were helpful and the aides were very nice.. Bad: The smoking residents sit outsider the front entrance and the area smells of smoke.. Improvements: I would like to see more variety of food choices. My parent thought the food was fine, but would have liked to have a choice of entree..
