Review content:
We just came back from a trip to Blodgett's Nursery. Being a Northern transplant to Florida myself, everything I thought I knew about gardening does not apply. Not only did they answer all of our questions about the two fruit trees that we purchased, including how to care for them in containers vs planting in the ground, suggested the right fertilizer as well. We also asked about our small water garden and solutions to our problems. I was surprised that they encouraged us to solve the problems with them pond, and actually recommended not putting any aquatic plants in the pond until we had the conditions under controll and made recommendations. (at the larger chain stores, the employees are not at all knowledgeable in this area) In addition, the guy that helped us, Mike, was super nice, loaded our car for us and gave us a free item. It was as good as all the reviews I read. We'll be going back soon. also easy to find, located not too far from I4 that even non-florida-natives can easily find. Two thumbs up!
