Review content:
Movie Gallery in Brewer, Maine has one of the poorest selection of movies and video games rentals in the area. When a new release comes out the store only carries about 5 DVDs and rarely any VHS tapes (some of us still have VHS players in our homes). I can't tell you how many times we have gone into that store and wondered around for almost an hour to only walk out empty handed.
The kids get upset if we even mention going to Movie Gallery since they only carry one of each video game and more than likely the game will not be in stock. Plus, I would like to mention that the 5 day return policy stinks! All the other movie/video game rental stores in the area are at least 7 days and now their main competitor, Blockbuster, lets you keep it another 7 days at no extra cost. If you are 1 hour late in returning your rental at Movie Gallery you might as well keep it for another 5 days since you will be charge for it.
We do go on occasion to Movie Gallery since they are conveniently located just down the street.
